UK Voice over for explainer animation.

HI all,

I need a clear, crisp UK Voice-over track for an animation I'm producing for one of my clients. They are a housing charity and I'm producing something for their annual report.

Word count is under 800 words and I need best-quality, noise free audio (.wav or mp3) I estimate to be under 3 minutes.

I need the completed audio Monday (24th October) at the latest, ideally over the weekend or before.

I'll send over the script to the chosen freelancer, along with an animatic with my temp dialogue track that I need to be matched as closely as possible. Exact matching is not essential, but most of the animation work has already been done and is being rendered now so significant timing changes would be a massive pain to sort out.

Budget is pretty fixed. Please start your reply with the word "Houses." Looking forward to hearing showreels.
