I need a video and audio editor for a podcast series

We are looking for a highly experienced and professional video and audio editor to work with to create a podcast series. The editor must:
1. Have a high level of English
2. Be familiar with the editing style of the podcaster Chris Williamson (we are trying to emulate this)
3. Have the storage and processing capabilities to export HD and 4K video
4. be interested in working with us long term.
