Programmers for Hip Hop / Pop

I am looking for new talent wave of beat makers, programmers, musicians with Pro-tool or Logix Pro preferably.

The job will primarily consist or either adding to what I have or creating something new in the same vein of what I have and expanding on it.

Terms are negotiable with those who have track record of professional experience that is documents or those I have worked with before, if we worked together in the past satisfactorily, I am willing to pay more.
