    Are you fully appraised on how these tools work? By themselves, they can not get your site to rank on page 1 of google. They only help in discoverability for search engine to index your pages. After that, how higher your pages keep improving on search to allow for organic search depends on your content and continued off-site optimization.
    Don't go in with expectations of immediate traffic returns on this alone. However, this is the first step to getting where you need your website to go.
