Need help

Hi My 90-year old mother uses Sibelius First, and has been using earlier versions for at least 10 years, so she is very familiar with how it works. She is complaining that the on-screen keypad is stuck to the bottom edge of the screen and she can't move it when she needs to work on the notation behind. How can she "grab" the keypad with the cursor in order to move it out of the way? We are happy to pay £30 for a solution to this problem.
