New Logo for website

Its me Joe again. I would like you to make my logo better. I run a free file sharing program called WinMX.
The logo we have now has WinMX4u. we like a simlar style all the time. Ill show you the past 3. The last one I send you uis the one we are using now for winmx4u.com and that is the website its for.

It needs to have as the name "WinMX4u and slogon" "The official MXPie Patch United website." and it has to be red, green, white to use with black background most of the time
