Split several audio files into many small ones

This is a simple, but tedious cut and paste, and copy and past project. I have 6 files that are about 26 minutes long. Each file has the same spoken words. the words are listed in a spreadsheet along with the name for the file that contains those words. You need to open the large file in an audio editor, highlight the portion that matches the words in the spreadsheet. Cut the audio clip and paste it in a new file. Copy the file name from the spreadsheet into the file name for "save as". Highlight the next audio clip, copy (delete the audio in the working file that you just saved), paste the audio into the window, and "save as" with the correct file name. The large file is split into 233 small files. I did this in a little over 2 hours on one of the other voice files. This job is for 6 files, approximately 12-18 hours total.
