Migration of site from mvc to php cms

I have a website for a restaurant that is running on a N2 MVC.Net CMS. There is also a separate Blog Engine.Net blog, and a basic ecommerce page (3 products and a simple google checkout button).
I want to bring everything together into a single PHP CMS.

The cms needs to accommodate different templated pages which have different editable regions (rather than all pages having one single editable region).

There are no design changes, it is a simple case of moving the current design to a new cms.

At the moment the current website comprises of these pages:
Home – Static design, several editable areas (a couple of text areas, a couple of images and a video), and a newsletter sign up form (sign ups must be recorded in the cms)

Shop – Currently just 3 products , but will need to be able to add new products from the cms. The checkout process will need to record the users billing and shipping address and go through to Google Checkout for payment. The ecommerce features can be simple, we only have 3 products.

Menu – static page with central editable area

Locations – A google map with two locations, each location clicks through to a page with more details on each location.

Contact page – Includes an email form.

Blog - must contain all the standard seo friendly blog features and rss
