Experience Level: Entry
I am the MD of a small business.

My business is a respected start up recruitment agency. I am looking for experienced telesales people to join my team, and they will still be self employed, and all working from home.

My business will be making sure that the telesales people get the projects/work they need based on their expereince. All work will be done via my business and you will be invoicing my business directly.

All telesales people in my team will have to sign a contract with me, before starting any work.

I started on my own as a freelancer and I understand that some companies just \"let you go on with it\" and not have much communication. My business is different, I am here to help my team, and the happier my team are, the more results come out, and the more money everyone is making, and also gives one another a great reputation.!!!

The work that my team will get is paid per hour, and commission, and commission protects only. This all depends on the company who needs the work done.

Why do I want to become a part of a recruitment team?

- Loyalty
- Better pay
- Better understanding
- Communication 24/7
- Communication with other telesales people on my team ( as being a freelancer can sometimes be lonely!)
- We will alway back you up in work related issues and give you feedback

All the telesales professionals who do work through my business will have to sign a contract with us to ensure more security.

I need people who are willing to put the effort in, and who want to better their long term career. ( future promotions are possible).

Happy bidding all

and good luck
