This job involves cold calling Estate Agency offices in the U.K - making contact with the applicable decision maker - and to introduce / promote to them a 30 day free trial of our online service.
Being 'free' to try out, and with no risks attached - this will be a 'comparatively easy sell' , once the correct point of contact has been established.
We will be targeting areas where rival agents are already utilising a similar type of product, so prospects will be 'broadly' familiar with what you are calling about. It will be up to you to focus on our product's USPs and unique benefits to promote take up of a free trial,
Our goals for this campaign are primarily:
1. To access/ establish confirm the decision maker & contact details- (we may already have the correct sourced data for this). Encourage activation / commitment to a free trial.
2. Or - gather contact details to send further info and importantly, book / get agreement for a follow up call from one of our reps at the earliest opportunity.
It will be necessary to speak to the decision maker themselves to 'sell' the trial offer. We do not simply require vague or generic contact email addresses given out by a gatekeeper. We can find those ourselves!

This job will suit a person who is proactive and able to converse freely with managers/ small business owners. Ours is a low cost / high volume product. From our marketing thus far - we know that once the prospect has a free trial - we have a permanent customer. *Accordingly, we are, after a qualification period, able & happy to provide a bonus for each successful trial take up (which may be up to a third of the agreed hourly rate).
As above, you should be able to overcome objections to reach that point of take up, or at the very least, to engage the contact enough to expect & actively look forward to a follow up call.
All contact data (company names & correct tel numbers) will be supplied, as will other resource data e.g key selling points - advantages, benefits, USPs etc. Also provided will be 'loose' scripting ideas and responses to common objections.

Core skills required :
Excellent spoken English is required (we will check before awarding the job!) - and pref UK based.
Organised - able to provide daily (provided) spreadsheet feedback.
Reliable - Able to commit to at least 10 hours a week.
A familiarity/ interest in the property market would be an advantage.
