Experience Level: Entry
Hello there guys and galls!

I'm posting this project and hope somebody would be interested in working with me on it.

I'm fed up with sending messages to people that seem to be offering something and are too busy to read my message and reply thank you for your interest.

Anyway, sorry, I digress a little.

What I have is a new service, weight loss programme for women in central/west London.

I do have my own list of leads/prospects (probably around 200 details), who requested a trail from my other fitness business, PLUS, I am getting (buying) another big (100's of 1,000's) list of local contacts to work on.

We are looking for somebody who would be happy to work both lists (starting from my warm one), explain what's, how's and why's a little, and offer them low entry trials + free consultations (I'd explain the process) and get them to come and try.

The deal is: just for going through the contacts, which I provide and booking them for consultations and low entry trials (eg "7 for 7" - 7days for £7, or similar, + an extra free/open sessions), we'll pay £10/hr.
However, if you manage to make a sale (any of our regular packages that follow the trials), if they sign up with us from start for 3/6/12 months, following the trial, we'll pay you commission - we'll discuss and agree on details.

We normally have pretty good conversion from trials to regular clients... HOWEVER, this is a brand new programme, and the group will take some time to "gel" and I cannot be so certain what our rate will be.
We are normally around at 80%, provided they are NOT DailyDeals/Groupon/KGB deals kind of respondents.
I am aiming at no less less than 30% now.
Hence, I suppose, we should aim at 100 sign-ups now... and probably repeat the process in 3-4 weeks time again (all goes well, we'll talk more).

I think that we'll have a really good and effective service/product that will be changing people's lives and this is really what we want to focus on... so nothing to be ashamed of. We've been running other fitness group training business for 7 years already and have got really good results and very good reviews.
The thing is, we are working in the "helping people" industry, and we are crap at selling and, somehow, we need to let people know about our new venture, before we go bust paying rents for facilities, while jumping around with 1 or 2 women in the group.

Anyway, I hope it is enough info to decide whether you're interested in the project or not.

OK, ideally, but this is not must, I feel that female provider would be more suitable, BUT, really... I do not mind, as long as you feel you're good, you know your "shit" (as well as I know mine), will communicate well with women on the phone, will have good conversion ratio, etc.

If interested, job starts tomorrow!

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,
