Experience Level: Intermediate
Our Company is a recruitment company working in New Zealand and Australia and with several companies in the Middle East.
We are wanting to expand the territory and require a telemarketer who has experience at cold-calling decision makers to create a working relationship between our recruitment company and law firms in the Middle East who will need to agree to work with our agency, and provide us with details of job vacancies.
The individual must have experience generating leads and contacting the decision makers of those leads.
We will provide a list of the Companies and contact numbers and names of HR (if known):
The telemarketer must be a go-getter, have self confidence and be able to bounce back from rejections. They must have the ability to get through the gatekeepers of companies. They must be able to sell a service to the decision makers.
Skills required:
*Confident telephone manner
*Ability to overcome objection
*Ability to promote our service above other competitive companies who may already be in an agreement with the client.
*Targets set to 20 telephone calls (telephone numbers and Company names provided) initially. Calls will be reimbursed.
Information we will require:
1. Full Name of Company;
2. Point of Contact eg HR or Head of Legal (if not provided by us);
3. List of job Vacancies the Company needs filling;
4. Whether they want follow up in relation to job vacancies to be via telephone or email.
5. *Communicate the results with myself via email with full details of companies signed up; addresses and Point of Contact
This take can be done remotely from your home or office.

There is the potential for ongoing work. This could be an entry into recruiting with commissions depending upon response.
