Key purpose
You will work with our client and their European partners to create and execute joint marketing plans to support our client’s sales and marketing objectives. You will work with clients in Germany, Italy and Spain in a mixture of English and their native language(s).
Key responsibilities and activities
You will:
• work with our client and their partners to understand their sales and marketing requirements
• lead conference calls with our client and their partners to gather information required for the development of strategic marketing plans
• create strategic marketing plans
• gain approval of the marketing plans from the client and their partners
• help to develop joint propositions and define the messages required for the marketing activity
• produce joint milestone plans and budget statements
• oversee the execution of the marketing plan
• host regular conference calls with the partners and drive progress against the plans
• provide our clients with regular updates on progress
• be a fresheye single point of contact for both the client and the partners for any queries
The ideal candidate
A multi-lingual marketing professional that has the passion and drive to successfully represent fresheyemarketing in developing and driving marketing plans that nail it for our client and their partners. You will be comfortable working remotely from our client and their partners using conferencing technologies and email.
Education/experience
• Marketing practitioner with experience of working at a senior level in or with an international B2B technology company – essential
• In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies and processes – essential
o Proposition development, sales enablement/training, lead generation campaigns etc
• Proven track record of successfully communicating, driving and delivering large, marketing projects and strategies – essential
• Experience of contact centre, unified communications and networked IT products and services – desirable
• Knowledge of the technology markets in Germany, Italy and Spain – desirable
• Channel marketing experience – desirable
• Experience of remote/home working – desirable
• Educated to degree level or CIM equivalent – desirable
Key skills
• Fluent in English and one or more of the following languages – German, Spanish and Italian – essential
o(Nordic language skills would be desirable but not a must-have)
• Has credibility/gravitas to successfully influence sales and marketing people in different organisations and at different levels to work effectively together towards common goals – essential
• Commercially astute with the ability to quickly identify opportunities to make a difference for our client and their partners – essential
• Strategically focused with the ability to understand, interpret and apply different strategies to deliver overall business objectives – essential
• Excellent communication skills – essential
• Strong organisation skills – essential
