Telesales/Customer Support agents or company required to complete the mailing database for independent estate agency network covering London and the South East.
The database so far includes address, land line phone number and company web site of each listing but requires the full name, title and position of the key contact to enable the launch of an extensive mailing campaign scheduled for the middle of January.
The direct land line number has been identified for each company or agency to minimise non productive calls. The campaign will cover 2000 listings and bids are for total number or 1000 split.
Bidders must be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, therefore would advise consideration will be restricted to those with excellent ratings.
Opportunity for extended work is almost certain as a follow up call campaign is planned, confirming receipt of personalised sales letter and generation of appointments
The company is anticipating rapid growth therefore opportunities could extend to telesales/sales progressors and key account management.
In summary, bids are invited for:
- Direct contact call campaign covering 2000 accounts.
- Bids invited for call contact campaign of total number 1000 split.
- Establish contact with each agency, confirmingl personal details and primary mailing address.
The mailing lists are to be made available on spreadsheet.
