Our client is a market leading global technology company. We have been tasked with contacting companies who are using equipment which is obsolete to advise them that our client is no longer able to supply spares or service for the unit and recommending that they consider an upgrade. We do not have to make a sale or book an appointment for a sales man. All we have to do is to make the customer aware that their equipment can no longer be supported and generate interest in having a discussion about an upgrade get the contact details of the customer and pass them over to the client.
This is a global project, managed in English, but approximately 45 of the customers are in Japan so we need someone either fluent in Japanese or a native Japanese speaker to call these customers.
There is a job description attached and I can supply a project brief to anyone interested in more information.
There are other campaigns planned for later in the year so there may well be follow on work.
I estimate that calling 45 customers would be approximately 10 hours work. Our team all work flexible hours from their own homes and we obviously reimburse all associated telephone costs.
