Cardonet provide IT support and services to over 8,000 users in 130 SMEs, primarily in London and the South East.
In 2017 Cardonet will target small businesses that have reached a tipping point of success; post “start up” phase. They are likely to be:
· under 5 years old
· have fewer than 50 employees
· rely on IT to generate revenue
· working from their own office space
They are not likely to be:
· in serviced offices or shared workspaces
· running a tech business
· outside of London.
Campaign objectives:
1. Based on a 2.5% conversion rate (prospect to client), the campaign must generate 180 Marketing Qualified Leads (to hit a target of 18 new clients).
2. Raise the visibility of Cardonet with the specified market to aid future lead generation
3. Ensure other Cardonet marketing campaigns are not cannibalised
Deliverables
It is vital that the chosen supplier has experience of marketing IT services and will provide a full marketing campaign package including:
1. Research and further definition of the market and customer
2. Refinement of our Value Proposition for this market and customer
3. A brief competitor analysis of IT providers serving this market
4. Development of the marketing campaign creative and content
5. Recommendations for campaign channels.
