- digital audit, strategy, SEO, lead generation
vs.
- social media and content management
The successful candidate will work 10-15 hours a week from home, liaising regularly with the Founder/Owner based in Cambridge, UK via email and Zoom. Responsibilities include:
DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGY
Perform annual audit on digital marketing approach and results
Develop annual plan for prioritizing efforts to result in conversions/sales
LEAD GENERATION
Follow up with Platinum clients on a weekly basis
Develop new referral partners (media sites, recruitment agencies, etc.)
Develop new ways of engaging warm leads
MEASURE & REPORT
Track website analytics and social media (weekly)
Make recommendations for changes to strategy based on results
Quarterly KPI report of referral types
SOCIAL MEDIA
Schedule and share quality information on social media
Search for appropriate hot jobs, post them to the website, and share across social media.
Maintain and improve relationships with our social media followers
Follow recent market trends on engaging audience on social media and suggest innovative ways to keep things fresh
EVENTS
Develop and manage event calendar – webinars, workshops, speaking engagements
Nurture existing partnerships - manage event venues, partners/hosts, co-speakers
Market events on Eventbrite, to partners, on social media - post to our website, share them across social media, send them to marketing partners, post on third-party websites (Idealist, Net Impact)
Prepare Founder’s collateral for events (PPT presentations not included)
Follow up with participants and host after event
BLOGS, PODCASTS & VIDEO CONTENT (Optional as can also find an Editor to help with this)
Develop and manage the blog calendar
Help to draft new content
Submit finished blogs to content partners with final read through of blog prior to submission
Check that blogs are posted to content partner’s pages and then repost to WofLwebsite
Share and create new video content / scripts
Update blog catalog to track all content published
Produce quarterly newsletters and State of the Business 2 x / year
