Experience Level: Intermediate
A cold-caller wanted with excellent telephone manner and preferably some experience of calling in to HR departments and in-house recruitment managers.
My company focuses on helping companies find people in the environmental, sustainability and CSR sectors - jobs that we feel make a difference not to the businesses, but also to society and the environment. Our company is different from most in terms of our heritage (our founder has won awards and been recognised by the Prime Minister). We also work on a contingency basis, meaning that we find people and only charge a fee if they take some of our candidates. Unlike many other recruiters, we are specialists and passionate about making a difference - the problem is that there are many other recruiters out there who are too pushy and perhaps not so good, so getting people to use us is difficult. We also offer a retainer model that is perhaps unique in the sector for the right companies.
I would like the cold-caller to achieve one of the following, in order of preference:
1) Set up a meeting for us to meet the company and discuss their recruitment needs in more detail.
2) Set up a call for us to discuss their recruitment
3) Find out whether the company has set ways in which it works with recruiters and record the information
4) Find the right person to speak to.
Please only apply if you have significant cold-calling experience and sound professional, as we need the highest possible representation.
