Our Wordpress business services marketplace is getting built. It will likely launch within a month.
The admin panel has some very basic email notifications set up. They are not inspiring.
We have a Mail Chimp account and I am familiar with how that works, if we can set something up outside of Wordpress for this.
** We need someone to set up the automatic email for all my notifications on my site. I don't yet have a complete list, but the attached image illustrates at least 20, most likely 25. All very similar to PPH.
- (user notification) including # of Jobs(Tasks on our site) matching user's search results that a user specifies in their save
searched, according to the frequency selected in their settings.
- (user notification) includes jobs(links) that are posted that match the Key Expertise(skills) posted by the user and
received according to the frequency selected in their settings.
- (user notification) if a job is awarded to someone else, if selected by the user when they submit their proposal.
- (user notification) if an action is required. One for rating their Seller. One for paying their Seller. One for encouraging
the Job creator to 'feature' their post. One for encouraging the Service creator to 'feature' their post.
- + See the attached list already set up on our site. These are needed too.
** We need the email design template created and then set up for each of these emails and needs to include the design of a email signature that keeps its format. We would like the emails to be responsive.
** Our hosting has a primary domain that isn't our business domain, so emails to users come from shortened version of the primary domain name. I can set up gmail business email addresses for these notification emails, but this host/primary domain issue needs to be addressed and fixed. We would like your ideas on how you would address and fix this issue.
** We need a Launch - 3 months marketing strategy and plan of action for implementing it. We are asking you to build our brand personality.
** We would like copy written for an "introduction/invitation" email and set up in a template ready to send out to Agencies that we are going to contact.
** Our logo is attached. We haven't found the right font for integrating the words "Brand Concierge" into our image yet. We would like you to find the font for "Brand Concierge" for our logo and identity. Our site uses Open Sans, American Typewriter and Proxima Nova. None of these really work. I have attached an early version of the text brand name before our logo was developed.
A little about us : We are Brand Concierge. We aim to be THE marketplace to hire a top agency.....affordably. (You can work with the agencies that made your top competitors successful, because they have a gap in their schedule and normally only take on full service clients. Your competitors got where they are because they entrusted their businesses with agencies, who turn them into recognisable, loved brands with loyal customers.) For businesses we are giving them access to agencies that they would love to have on their team. They have recognised that their in-house team isn't going to get them to the next level and are ready to outsource and grow.
On the service provider side, this isn't for freelancers. If service providers have a functioning business with resources, connections and a talented team of at least two, we welcome them to join us. We will cover all business services, but we will be seeking to build relationships with Agencies tiny to large in marketing, PR, branding, advertising, social media, videos, web development, apps & mobile. We are the next step for businesses and a new pipeline of work for agencies.
Like on PPH, our customers can Post a Task(job) and Post a Service. There will definitely be under market rate deals and our site is all about making a "couldn't possibly refuse" offer, but we aren't Fiver and budgets can be up to £150K. Our projects will be fixed priced with escrow. Businesses can contact Agencies directly and set up a project.
We would like to hear about your strategy direction and implementation ideas for us and what you would do/use for the automated emails. We are looking for someone that can do both with ease. We are looking for examples of automated emails you have created for other customers.
We would also like to know you time-frame and availability towards the end of February.
