Market survey to validate a business idea

I am seeking a research partner to assist with early-stage market validation for a new venture in the scaffolding sector.

The core idea is to develop a peer-to-peer marketplace that allows scaffolding firms to lend and borrow equipment from each other. This would help equipment owners generate income from underutilized assets, while enabling other firms to access needed equipment without significant capital outlay.

In short - I am looking for someone to conduct a market survey by contacting scaffolding businesses and testing the idea, gather feedback etc.
