Website Data mining with manual element

Hi

I need manual data mining of UK property site Rightmove based on a fairly simple number of parameters eg City or part digit postcode 'CT9'.

I then need you to find properties listed more than 6 months ago.

There is a manual element to the info in order to obtain correct addresses for contacting owners of properties. This is NOT suitable for a data mining script.

I have full instructions on the process and what search parameters I need. This will be an ongoing hourly opportunity with different geographic search options.

I can send candidates the instructions, you can test this and estimate how many properties you can search and list per hour.

I also have a spreadsheet template you can use to input the information.
