Data to include: My company provides creativity training to businesses and their employees.

I am looking for a comprehensive research project, looking at the business impacts & benefits of increasing creativity in employees.

The researcher would look for high quality, credible and respected academic research and business sources online, and make calculations of the business impact in financial terms.

The person I am looking for will likely have a research background, and a good sense of the business world. They should be able to draw together and make sense of high-quality material.

The output should be a report detailing the findings, with a coherent conclusion of the financial benefits of creativity training. I would like to use the findings to form an online calculator similar to this:

And the rationale & research would need to be similar to this:

So, the research would need to put a financial value on increasing creativity within organisations (exactly as the example does with happiness).

This would involve looking at:

- Creativity and its relationship with innovation, and corresponding financial impact
- Creativity and its relationship with other factors such as motivation, engagement and productivity, and corresponding financial impact
- Other similar impacts of creativity on a business's bottom line.

So, I would need the researcher to evaluate the various business benefits of increasing creativity, and to put a financial value on each of those benefits, that can be scalable in exactly the same way as with the happiness calculator.
