Research contact names and emails for advertising opportunities

I am launching a new magazine specialising in Mountain Biking in Scotland. I have collected potential brands / businesses who would be potential advertisers and sponsors.

I'm looking for assistance in finding the relevant person and their contact details to open up conversations about our advertising and sponsorship opportunities plus how they can contribute to the content within the magazine, website and social media.

Potentially could do with some help with outbound messages and management which will be mainly email based. I have a media pack ready to send out and an email script to pass on. Any feedback and input on the media pack(s) will be really useful too.

Initially the magazine will be Scottish based but bigger brands based in the UK and Europe could be targetted. As part of the bigger plan a Welsh and North of England version will be added within the next 12-18 months.

Any other advice would be greatly recieved.
