Market Research

We are looking for a local competitor analysis for 3 sites in which we intend to locate our practices.

We require an experienced market researcher to provide desk based research of approximately 30 competitors per location as well as a mystery caller function to establish information not accesible via websites. This is to be kept confidential at all times and the bidder should have experience in mystery calling to ensure that they do not ask questions that will create suspicion.

We require the completion of a pro-forma which we have produced asking questions of pricing, opening times, website availability and quality, etc. We did try to attach this but it did not work and thus we will need to email this to the successful bidder along with details of our practice locations and the competitors we have already identified.

We do require the successful bidder to compare those competitors we have identified and ensure there are no others that have moved to the area or may not be a part of the demographic data we have.

We require a rapid turnaround on these 3 sites and quality of information is paramount. This may be a requirement on an ad hoc basis dependant upon quality and accuracy of the information provided and the efficiency in which it is completed.
