I need data from a website entered into an Excel spreadsheet.

Extra notes: I am looking for somebody to look through a specified list of properties on rightmove.co.uk and collect 17 data points relating to each one. I have put together a spreadsheet detailing these 17 points; their definitions and where you can find them on the website (I try and be very precise with my instructions, to avoid any ambiguity and give you as much guidance as possible. I have accounted for people who may not live in the UK and therefore might not be so familiar with the website).

In total, this job would consist of entering 17 data points for about 90 different properties. All the information can be found on the same web page - so this is a job of extracting information from one source, not trawling through google searches to find it from different places, so it should be quite quick to get these 17 data points for each property.

Although the majority of these data points are straightforward data entry, there are a few which need good judgement too, so this isn't just a "data input" task and it would need a good competency of understanding written English.

I am usually flexible, but this is a job that I already approached somebody on PPH to do, but they let me down (i.e. they had too much work on, so couldn't even start it). In this respect, I need somebody to respond to this ASAP and be able to start working on it immediately. Cost is a big deciding factor for me (else I will spend time doing this myself), so price yourselves competitively please. If you do a good job, there should be plenty of additional work coming your way.
