Executive Reverse Recruiter / Talent Sourcer

am seeking a highly sharp, detail-oriented Executive Reverse Recruiter / Outbound Talent Sourcer to manage a targeted executive job search campaign across Zurich, Vancouver, and Barcelona (including remote EU/global roles).

This role requires managing targeted company research, mapping decision-makers (CEOs, VCs, Founders, Headhunters), and executing warm outbound email/LinkedIn messaging campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Market Mapping & Target Company Identification:

Build curated lists of Series A–C scaleups and tech platforms in Zurich, Vancouver, and Barcelona across B2B SaaS, Enterprise AI, Fintech, and HealthTech.

Filter for visa compatibility / sponsorship flexibility:

Vancouver: Identify companies eligible for Canada's Global Talent Stream (GTS Category A/B).

Zurich: Target scaleups with international/executive hiring capacity.

Barcelona: Identify scaleups open to local hiring or Employer of Record (EOR / Remote) setups.

Decision-Maker & Executive Search Mapping:

Identify key internal contact points: CEOs, Founders, VC Talent Partners, and Retained Executive Search Partners (e.g., Boyden, Caldwell, DELTACON).

Find verified direct emails and LinkedIn profiles using tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or Hunter.io.

Outbound Campaign Management:

Customize and deploy personalized, multi-touch outreach sequences directly to decision-makers (using provided executive pitch assets).

Proactively address visa/work permit mechanics upfront to minimize friction.

Pipeline Tracking & Dashboard:

Maintain a real-time campaign tracker (Airtable / Google Sheets / Notion) detailing: Targeted Company → Contact Person → Date Reached Out → Status/Response → Scheduled Screening.
