Data collection required on restaurant information

I require an individual who is capable of collecting data on all halal restaurants within London UK. The data collected will need to be populated into a spreadsheet that will be supplied.
Key attributes to be collected are:
Restaurant Name
Location
Address
Web address (if available)
Contact number
And key services in a yes/no format

Upon successful delivery there is additional work in researching other cities within the United Kingdom.

Delivery of the data must be within 1 week.
