Competitive analysis for neurodiversity startup

Seeking an analyst/ researcher to conduct a topline competitor analysis in the post-diagnosis support sector for neurodiversity, with a particular focus on ADHD. This analysis should cover both the UK market as our primary focus and the US market as a secondary consideration.

Goal:
To identify key players (individuals, corporates, NFPs, and public services) in the sector.
To report on their offerings, business models, market presence, and target customers.
To understand their positioning and strategic approaches within the market.

Scope:
Review the attached list of competitors but also independently identify additional relevant competitors in the UK (and the US).
Provide a report covering the following for each competitor:
- Brand and URL
- Overview of products/tools offered
- Business model (e.g., subscription-based, free, freemium, etc.)
- Target customer demographics
- Ownership and affiliations (if owned by another company)
- Market reach and penetration to date
- Any external investment to date

Deliverable:
A comprehensive report in Microsoft Word format, accompanied by an Excel spreadsheet summarizing the findings.

Skills:
Experience in competitive analysis, preferably within healthcare, education, or related sectors.
Excellent research skills.
Fluent in English with outstanding writing abilities.

Budget:
£15 per hour. Total hours not to exceed 10 hours.
The final deliverable is due one week from project commencement.
