I am looking for someone with experience of Business Development / B2B Marketing to generate new leads and business opportunities. Previous provable experience of working in business development / B2B Marketing is a must. Your bid MUST include examples of previous work.
Primary functions will include:
* Market & client research
* Generate and follow up on leads
* Develop a sales strategy
* Develop a template for managing a pipeline of potential clients efficiently
* Develop a template for managing the sales cycle end to end
* Track performance of lead generation efforts to inform future activity
* Provide key performance indicators
* Engage senior C-Level decision makers and business owners, through to Office Managers and Procurement teams
* Reach out to potential clients via cold calling, emails, LinkedIn and other methods you think are suitable
The successful candidate must:
- Have prior Business development / B2B Marketing experience
- Be a confident communicator and a driven individual
- Have exceptional interpersonal skills
- Very good English is a must
- Great organisational skills, as well as literacy and numeracy
- Ability to create tracking methods to monitor success of marketing efforts
