Sam's help was invaluable. He is knowledgeable, deeply understands the customer journey (if your struggling with marketing you don't understand this!!), and he keeps you focused on what is important. He is a unique marketer in that he has actually built his own business from scratch so many marketers are just part of a business and do "stuff" without tangible bottom line action. On top of all that he's a lovely bloke!
