A good BUSINESS PLAN needed for a CONVENIENCE STORE

Hi there,

I'm looking for a good business plan for a convenience store start-up. Nothing too elaborate, just the necessary details for a 3yr successive plan to run a local convenience store, and expand to other location if the initial store is successful.

Plan to include:

* Start Up Cost/Budget
* Expenses (shop rental, appliances etc)
* Financial/Profit Projection
* A 3yr Plan

That's pretty much it.
