Summary
A UAE-based early-stage healthcare venture is seeking an experienced healthcare commercial consultant for a short-term project. The work involves identifying decision-makers at independent UAE healthcare providers, conducting outreach, and running structured discovery conversations with senior decision-makers.
Further details on the venture will be shared with shortlisted candidates under NDA.
**Scope of Work**
- Source decision-makers from a directory of UAE-licensed healthcare facilities (provided). Identify owner-physicians, MDs, operations heads, or BD leads at qualified providers. Selection criteria will be provided.
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, or WhatsApp to secure initial conversations.
- Target provider types: independent GP and family medicine clinics; polyclinics and multi-specialty clinics; home healthcare operators; independent labs; independent radiology and imaging centres; pharmacies; preventive health, functional medicine, or wellness clinics.
- Out of scope: large hospital groups, chain branches of large operators, government facilities, and insurance companies.
- Run 12 structured discovery conversations (approximately 20–30 minutes each) with qualified decision-makers, using a conversation guide we will provide.
- Document each completed conversation in a structured writeup template (one page per call). Capture signal markers, key concerns raised, and recommended next steps.
**Deliverables and Payment**
- Total fixed price: USD 2,750 (approximately AED 10,000)
- Milestone 1 — USD 550: Directory filtered, selection criteria applied, 20+ decision-makers identified with contact details, outreach commenced
- Milestone 2 — USD 1,100: 6 completed and documented discovery calls delivered
- Milestone 3 — USD 1,100: Remaining 6 completed and documented discovery calls delivered, bringing total to 12
- Payment is for completed and documented calls, not for outcomes. A documented "no" is as valuable as a "yes" if it captures clear reasoning.
- Quality of writeups will be reviewed before each milestone is approved.
**Candidate Profile — Required**
- 3+ years commercial experience in healthcare, pharma, medical devices, or diagnostics, including direct engagement with provider decision-makers
- Confident running 20–30 minute conversations with senior decision-makers
- Strong spoken and written English
- Reliable, organised, comfortable working independently with weekly check-ins
- Comfortable operating under NDA
**Candidate Profile — Strongly Preferred**
- Prior experience specifically in UAE healthcare
- Existing familiarity with UAE healthcare provider landscape
- Conversational Arabic
- Track record of consultative selling or qualification calls (not pure cold calling)
**Not Required**
- Clinical or medical qualification
- Deep healthcare technical knowledge — conversation guide will be provided
