I run CareHomeGuide.uk, an independent directory of CQC-rated care homes in England. We sent a direct mail campaign to care homes in Yorkshire. The letter told each home we'd built them a free preview website and invited them to scan a QR code to see it. 41 homes scanned the code showing clear interest, but none have purchased yet.
I need an experienced telesales person to call all 41 and convert as many as possible. These are warm leads — they've already seen the letter and visited the page. The job is to follow up, handle objections, and close the sale or book a callback with me (the founder).
The offer is two packages, both at £59 per month:
. Foundation: £295 setup. Includes home page, our care page, location page, contact page, own domain, mobile responsive, CQC data auto-updated, SEO optimised.
. Signature: £495 setup. Everything in Foundation plus about page, FAQs, blog, staff profiles, meet the manager, testimonials, photo gallery, professional email address, featured listing on CareHomeGuide, monthly performance report.
The opener for each call: "Hi, I'm calling on behalf of CareHomeGuide.uk. You recently visited the preview page we built for your care home. I just wanted to follow up and see if you had any questions about it."
The ideal outcome per call is one of:
1. They agree to purchase and are directed to the website to complete checkout
2. They agree to a callback with the founder to discuss further
If a prospect is interested but hesitant on price, you can offer discounts (tbd), or book a callback with the founder who can discuss the options with them directly.
I'll provide a spreadsheet with all 41 names and phone numbers. After each call I need: spoke to decision maker yes/no, outcome, any objections raised.
