Telesales Executive (Remote)

I You Print is a commercial print and design business based in the US & UK, providing high-quality print solutions including flyers, banners, boards, vinyl stickers, visiting cards, posters, and signage to businesses across whole US and UK mainland.

We're looking for an experienced, self-motivated Telesales Executive to join our team remotely. You'll be responsible for generating new business, reaching out to prospective clients, and re-engaging past customers to drive sales of our print and design services.

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate new business
Identify and qualify sales leads within target sectors (e.g. hospitality, retail, local businesses)
Re-engage lapsed customers and build long-term client relationships
Clearly explain our range of products and services to prospective clients
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets
Accurately log calls, leads, and outcomes in our CRM system
Follow up on quotes and enquiries in a timely manner
Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to the wider team
Minimum 3 years' experience in telesales or telemarketing (essential)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent verbal communication skills and confident phone manner
Self-disciplined and able to work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable with cold calling and objection handling
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience in the print, design, or B2B services industry is an advantage but not essential
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home working setup
