We use PPH regularly and are now considering an ongoing project (starting with a pilot) to generate good quality sales leads/appointments for our in-house commercial sales team.

We enable organisations to support their employee career development through our web-based careers technology and e-learning content solutions. JOB DETAILS
Campaign Data: Our data is currently in excel, which we would probably use for a pilot project. We use zoho CRM internally and we could look to use this going forward for this project. The data quality is very good - it comes from a reputable industry source and we're using it internally already. Contacts are decision-makers. The data is current.
Email/Materials: We can issue you with an abintegro email account for follow-up emails. We do have a brochure and we're about to update our website also.
Objective: We're looking for qualified leads ie. you've spoken to a prospect, they understand the proposition and it potentially fits and they are looking for more detailed information eg. a web demo or meeting to run through everything.
Pilot Project: Before moving to an ongoing project, we will run a trial. Trial expectations are:
- Reaching a high proportion of DMCs from the data list (adding to it if there are alternate relevant contact not on the list)
- Good insight in terms of their situation regarding helping employees with career development/progression
- Number of follow-on activities ie. web demos/meetings scheduled
Budget/Time-frames: We'd like to start immediately. Realistically in a week or so. Budget is dependant on performance but this is an ongoing project not a one-off (assuming it performs well). We have very good data on around 50k HR/L&D folk in the UK.
DECISION PROCESS:
Early next week we will schedule a short introductory call with preferred bidders and we are looking for you to share your high-level views on how you think you might pitch our service (based on the information on our website).
