We require someone to call Lapsed customers, find out why they stopped buying, update contact details, and win them back as customers.

We will provide contact details in Excel format and will provide some product training by phone.

This is a trial run of 200 Lapsed customers, so base your bid on that. If successful, the trial run will be extended. We are looking to start this on Monday 28th May.

We will pay an hourly rate hour, plus up to £10 per client won back.
