Telemarketing - promoting physical activity sessions to the over 50s

We are running a campaign for NHS Greenwich to encourage the over 50s to do more physical activity.

We need someone to call people from our database of warm leads, talk through with them what activity they\'d like to do (e.g. yoga/ walking/ pilates) and help set them up with an activity session which suits them. We have a database of free and cheap activity sessions available across Greenwich for you to offer. Where possible you will also tell them the day and time the activity is on, who to ask for, how much the session will cost, the address and how to get there.

You will then update our CRM system and write to them immediately to remind them of the details.

To help encourage people to go to these activity sessions, people will be entered into a free prize draw for taking part, as long as they fill in and send back the survey telling us whether they enjoyed their activity session.

Calls will need to be made in the evenings or on weekends because we have home numbers for people.

This job is for 10 hours total - to be completed by 21st December.
