Telemarketing and contact validation

We are a small marketing agency looking for a telemarketing person to firstly, call up selected client’s prospects to validate their details, including obtaining a contact name and details for a particular job function or similar. Ideally, you will then be able to see if they would be interested in our client’s product or service.

The ongoing telemarketing work would then be a combination of following up warm leads, those that have responded to mailing campaigns, enquiries from the client’s website etc plus, if you are comfortable, to also make some cold calls to high potential prospective customers.

A full brief will be provided together with target lists. This will include details of the campaign objectives and, where relevant, a suggested script, which you can adapt as the programme progresses, plus telephone details for the potential contacts.
