Mission Objective:
We are looking for a proven Sales Expert to own the entire sales process—from lead generation and prospecting to closing high-value contracts. Your mission will be to build a robust sales pipeline and become the driving force behind our revenue growth, transforming our technical capabilities into market dominance.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Full-Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire process from A to Z: market analysis, lead generation, crafting pitches, negotiations, and closing deals.
Target Audience: Target and engage with SMBs and enterprise-level clients across various industries that benefit from automation, data-driven insights, and enhanced security.
Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a powerful sales strategy tailored to our unique service offerings (AI, Automation, Cybersecurity). We are not looking for order-takers; we need a strategist.
Revenue Generation: You will be directly measured on your ability to generate signed contracts and achieve quarterly revenue targets.
Market Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer, providing critical feedback to our technical teams to help shape future service offerings.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven Track Record: You must have a demonstrable history of successfully selling complex B2B tech services (SaaS, Software Dev, IT Consulting, Cloud, Cybersecurity is a huge plus).
Hunter Mentality: We value hunters who can proactively seek out and create new opportunities over farmers who manage existing accounts.
Expert Communicator: Flawless communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical value propositions in a clear and compelling way.
Autonomous & Driven: A self-starter who requires minimal supervision, thrives on challenges, and is motivated by results and commission.
