Sales deck/brochure

I need a professional corporate type company brochure we can use to generate new sales and grow our portfolio. We have drafted a very basic Powerpoint one. It needs to be more condensed, highlight our strength, our service offering and past results as well as possibly contain some case studies. I am thinking of almost a data driven page showing our KPI's and highlight the areas we excel in. We are a lift company aiming for growth. I need someone with experience putting something like this together if you have it fro the industry or relatable industries that would be beneficial.
