We have a digital marketing company which has been established now for three years and we are looking to now focus on selling our social media management services. This leads us to looking for an experienced sales agent/ telemarketer to join our team targeting small businesses who could are happy to our source their social media activity completely to us.

You will be responsible for cold-calling, setting up appointments, and using methods that you feel will be successful to ultimately generate a sale.

Data will be provided for you (we currently have a database of over 120,000 uk businesses which hasn't been utilised).

Flexible work/life balance.

I used to be a freelancer, so me and my team will do everything to make this process as comfortable for you as possible helping you along the way. But you will need to deliver results!

Our current sales people book around 3-5 meetings per day.

We will look to increase your hourly/ fixed rate as your performance increases.

I want to hire someone who can follow directions well and wants to keep learning and growing.

We will supply you with:

• Scripts and training courses about our services, procedures as well as techniques.

    Hi Carla,

    In terms of hourly rate we are open - we want to achieve progress and no waste funds on something that doesn't work. So we felt by speaking to a variety of people who put proposals together we would decide from this. Ideally we were offering £15 an hour or less.

    Hello, we are happy to work either way and are open to proposals. Some freelancers that we have on board are currently closing sales over the phone so it's difficult to say per appointment as sometimes this isn't needed. Rebecca
