We are a well-established recruitment consultancy working with businesses across Staffordshire and Cheshire. We’re looking for a motivated Part-Time Business Development Executive to help us research, plan, and build relationships with major employers in the region.
What you’ll be doing:
Researching a targeted list of 150 large employers in our area (split into phases).
Mapping decision-makers, identifying opportunities, and gathering key information.
Reaching out via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce our services.
Creating business development plans tailored to each employer.
Booking qualified appointments for our directors to follow up.
This role will suit you if you:
Have a background in business development, sales, or B2B account management.
Enjoy research and building commercial insight.
Are thorough, proactive, and happy working independently.
Are looking for a flexible, part-time role that can be done remotely.
Are motivated by creating opportunities and seeing results.
