We’re a small Dublin-based digital agency.
We’re not looking for scraped lists, bulk emails, or automated tools.
We’ve tried that. It doesn’t work.
What we need is proper lead research.
What we’re looking for
We want a list of 100 businesses, but quality matters more than the number.
These should be businesses that:
clearly need a website or a website fix
are realistic buyers for €1k–€5k projects
make sense for a small agency like ours to contact
If a business clearly isn’t a fit, we don’t want it in the list just to hit a number.
How leads should be selected
This needs to be manual research, not scraping.
Each lead should come with:
business name + website
location
best contact (email or LinkedIn)
a short line on why this business is worth contacting
If you can’t explain why the lead makes sense, it’s not useful to us.
How we want to work
We’ll start with one list as a test.
If it works, we’re looking for someone we can work with regularly, not a one-off delivery.
This is more about ongoing support than “selling a list”.

We care about how European / Irish businesses actually work.
If you understand that context, that matters more to us than speed. If you need any information from us to do so, we are happy to provide it for better quality. Our budget is 100€, although depending on the quality and ROI, this can go up or down. Send your offers.

Hope you're doing well.
I have a few questions here;
1. What's the minimum number of actual leads that fall right under the given criteria of this project, will be considered for a total of 100 Euro budget?
2. Let's say if the performance is satisfactory, would you consider the person to be part of your digital agency as a permanent freelance/remote employee?
3. A freelancer can work outside the Irish time zone, correct?
