We're seeking an experienced LinkedIn outreach specialist to help our Hampshire UK-based food and beverage platform connect with local businesses. This role involves managing daily connection requests, responses, and tracking results with the goal of driving sign-ups to our platform.
About SimpliFAB
SimpliFAB is a new matchmaking platform connecting Hampshire food and beverage suppliers with local buyers. We help businesses grow, find new opportunities, and work more efficiently.
Responsibilities
• Send 20 personalized LinkedIn connection requests daily (100/week)
• Follow up with connections using provided templates
• Track all outreach activities in our spreadsheet system
• Categorize prospects as suppliers or buyers
• Submit weekly performance reports
• Work with our team on CRM integration
• Flag high-potential leads for direct follow-up
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience with LinkedIn outreach campaigns
• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and data tracking abilities
• Experience working with food and beverage businesses (preferred)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
• Experience with CRM systems (preferred)
Time Commitment
• 10 hours per week
• Consistent daily activity required (Mon-Fri)
• 1-month initial contract with potential for extension
Project Deliverables
• 100 connection requests sent weekly
• Weekly reports on results and metrics
• Properly maintained tracking documents
• Contributions to messaging optimization
• Support for 500-user acquisition goal
