Description: We are a dynamic product marketing and growth consultancy, and we’re seeking an experienced Lead Generation Expert to help us develop a scalable, results-driven lead generation system that consistently attracts and nurtures qualified leads. You’ll play a pivotal role in executing a comprehensive lead generation strategy to not only generate new leads but to engage and guide them through our funnel, ensuring high-quality conversions for our agency. The focus is on targeting B2B tech companies, especially in sectors like SaaS, FinTech, and PropTech, within the US, UK, and Canadian markets.
Responsibilities:
Define Ideal Client Profile (ICP) and Buyer Personas: Identify and refine the key characteristics of our target clients to ensure targeted and relevant outreach.
Prospect List Building: Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator to create and maintain high-quality prospect lists tailored to our ICP and personas.
Lead Magnet Development: Design and execute high-value lead magnets (e.g., eBooks, webinars, case studies) to attract and qualify leads.
Multi-Channel Outreach: Run targeted, multi-channel outreach campaigns across cold emails, LinkedIn, and inbound marketing to generate and nurture leads effectively.
Paid Advertising: Implement and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) aimed at increasing traffic and conversions.
Lead Nurturing & Automation: Set up lead nurturing workflows and automated email sequences in HubSpot to guide leads through the sales funnel, moving them from awareness to interest to consideration.
Lead Scoring & Engagement Tracking: Use HubSpot to implement lead scoring and track engagement, focusing on prioritizing and nurturing the most promising leads.
Discovery Calls: Conduct discovery calls with warm leads to qualify them, gain insights into their needs, and guide them further down the sales pipeline.
Campaign Analysis & Optimization: Regularly analyze performance across campaigns using Google Analytics and other tools, optimizing strategies for maximum impact.
Qualifications:
Proven B2B Lead Generation Experience: Extensive experience generating and nurturing leads for SaaS or tech companies, particularly within B2B contexts.
Expert Prospecting & Lead List Building Skills: Skilled in creating and maintaining targeted prospect lists with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Cold Email Campaigns & Multi-Channel Outreach: Demonstrated success in setting up and managing cold email campaigns and multi-channel strategies to engage prospects.
Paid Advertising Expertise: Experienced in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid strategies designed to drive lead generation and conversions.
Lead Nurturing & CRM Proficiency: Strong expertise in setting up and managing lead nurturing workflows and CRM tools like HubSpot, including lead scoring and automation.
Analytical Mindset: Advanced ability to measure, analyze, and optimize lead generation efforts using tools like Google Analytics.
Communication & Discovery Skills: Excellent communication skills for conducting discovery calls and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel.
