Lead generation - contact/data list creation

Hello,

I have a list of 611 company websites. I need to find the following data for them:
UK phone number(s) for the company
Senior level contact (ideally more than one - please see full list of positions below)
Contact's position
Contact's email address

Ideally all contacts to be provided who match all positions below (i.e. multiple contacts per company) or at least have to be looked up in the following order (in other words CTOs are most important to us):
1st - CTO, Chief Technology Officer, Technical Director, Information Technology Director, IT Director, Head of IT, Head of Information Technology;
2nd - COO, Chief Operating Officer, Operations Director, Director of Operations, Head of Operations, VP of Operations;
3rd - CEO, Chief Executive Officer, Founding Director, Managing Director, MD, Managing Partner;
4th - Founder, Co-founder, Partner, Owner, Co-owner;

Please note, we already have company phone numbers for around a quarter of all companies.

Data quality is of extreme importance - if data is extremely hard to find - please leave blank. However, I expect reasonable effort and will do random checks before releasing the money.

I need this done urgently - today/tomorrow.
