Wilmington, DE, USWell he first day he kept me waiting for 6.5 hrs. Kept saying he was stuck in Traffic and once he got to his office he will work on the issue. After 4 hrs He never said anything. Second day he sent a appointment time when I was not available. Third day he cam and said I am ready to work after I shared all detail for work he chatted with me for a while then disappeared.
