I need 100 verified leads

I need to gather 100 qualified leads with contact name and number. We need to promote press release distribution to new start-up businesses, companies that have launched within the last 18 months.

We must target either CEO, Co-founder or Chief marketing officers. These officers are responsible to make decisions.

I would like the staff levels to be between 10-20 to allow them to have a budget for this.
