I'm in urgent need of a Sales Administrator with a strong background in HubSpot, specifically with 1-3 years of hands-on experience. My project is time-sensitive, requiring someone who can jump in immediately and take charge.
We will have an initial training day, so we have put in a fixed price.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Cold calling: Engage with potential clients through cold calls to generate interest and leads to join our referrals network for free. It is not selling essentially. It is asking businesses to join a Network.
- Managing contacts and deals: Efficiently organize and update contact information and deal statuses to keep sales processes streamlined.
- Creating and managing email campaigns: Use HubSpot to design, implement, and monitor the success of email marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and nurturing.
- Generating and analyzing reports: Produce reports to evaluate the success of sales activities and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
**Ideal Candidate Profile:**
- 1-3 years of experience working with HubSpot in a sales or marketing capacity.
- Proven track record of successful cold calling and lead generation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently, with a keen eye for detail.
