- Continually develop product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Adhere to company guidelines, policies, and ethical standards
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred, but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive phone manner
- Strong ability to build rapport and engage customers over the phone
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed sales targets
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications
- Comfortable working independently from a home office setup
